We will take care of organizing your loan from the funding agencies IDBI & Sundaram Home Finance by coordinating with you and the agencies.

We shall make all arrangements for you to visit the site any day of the week except Tuesday, as its is our weekly holiday 

We shall organize to get your plot demarcated or fenced with the help of our  own construction division  and based on your requirement we shall provide you with our quote .

At BLB we provide a 5 year caretaker service of your plot from the date of our launching of the project.

We will assist you in selling your plot, if necessary, at a prevailing price during the time of selling.
2% service charge for the same will be collected from you.
