A. Our marketing staff will take care of getting you loan from funding agencies (IDBI, Sundaram Home Finance and DHFL etc.) They will interact with the funding agencies and the customers.
B. Site inspection by our car will be arranged by our marketing staff even after the registration of sale deed. |

| After Sales Services : |
A. BLB will get you the patta in your name at nominal cost.
B. Fencing at your plot wil be done by us at appropriate time.
C. BLB will provide 5 years care taker service by appointing watch man in the site even after fully sold out . This will help the custmer especially NRI to avoid mental agony about their property. ( Even now we protect the plots which we sold 10 years back ).
D. BLB will assist you in selling your plot if necessary at prevailing price at the time of selling. ( 2% service charges at the total sale value sale is being collected from the customer ). |
